Selling a Home-What I do Differently



There are a lot of this that every Realtor will do for you (hopefully!) including myself:


- Getting pictures done

- Figuring out a selling price using comps

- Listing it on the MLS

- Marketing to Realtor.com, redfin, trulia, yahoo, etc.- Handling all negotiations, contracts, disclosures, etc.

I do a lot more: 


- Will do a complete analysis of your home and tell you what can/should be done to increase your sales price. Very often spending $5K can increase a home’s value $15-20K. I have done extensive remodeling myself and have done very well in this area.


- I will always handle all negotiations, open houses, inspections, contracts myself. I DO NOT push you off to an assistant or junior agent like many agents do.


- I will always take a short 90-120 day listing. Most agents want 6 months (180 days). It WON’T take me that long to sell your home!


- All photography, marketing, etc is done at the HIGHEST level! In our virtual word your home MUST look good online.


- In many cases I will run a Brokers Caravan/Neighborhood Reception to launch your home in a big way! This enables all local Brokers and the population in your neighborhood to see you home at it’s best. About 98% of home Buyers come from one of these 2 sources.


- Your home is marketed directly on our website which is one of the LARGEST databases of Buyers in all of San Diego County.


- I WILL MAXIMIZE YOUR “NET”!!!
