All Realtors and Buyers' agents (again hopefully!) will look on the MLS for homes for you. Very often they will set you up for auto-notification through the MLS. Once you see a home you like, they show it to you. That’s where their efforts stop.


I, of course, use the MLS but I also take additional steps to find you the right property. In this CRAZY market this is a HUGE advantage to any Buyer!


- I do a very thorough analysis of your needs and look creatively at other areas/options so you have a greater number of homes to consider. With homes going quickly this is SUPER important.


- I set up all my Buyers with the ability to sign contracts, disclosures, etc. virtually. This is not only very “green” (no paper is used) but it streamlines the offer process and enables you to submit offers on properties quickly and from anywhere in the world!


- I am INCREDIBLY EXPERIENCED with bank owned properties, REO’s, and short sales. There REALLY are techniques in getting your offer accepted over another. This edge can be important when a Seller is looking at 5 offers!


- I will always be there personally for all inspections, viewings, etc. I NEVER push this off to an assistant or Junior agent.


- I get my Buyers the BEST deal possible. I always fight for every dollar I can.


In general I operate with direct communication, honesty, integrity, enthusiasm, hard work, and an ability to understand my clients.
